Gaya is part of the Talent Acquisition team, sourcing and screening candidates across tech and operational roles while setting up multiple talent acquisition channels and continuously improving our hiring processes. Previous to Charm Therapeutics, Gaya worked for some of the top Silicon Valley tech companies such as Salesforce and Coursera.
Having seen the impact of building a strong culture through her previous roles, she aspires to bring some parts of that to CHARM. She is passionate about finding the right people for the role and ensuring they are happy with their next career move.
