About the team

Founded by entrepreneur Laksh Aithani and Wiley Prize winning David Baker Ph.D., Head of the Institute for Protein Design, University of Washington, we are an interdisciplinary and entrepreneurial young team, we are a team of drug discoverers, hunters, engineers and entrepreneurs inspired by the shared mission to apply insights in 3D protein folding to the most intractable disease challenges.

Life Sciences

As part of our life sciences team, you would be working on cutting-edge science, collaborating with CHARM and its experienced leadership to research and advance our innovations. We are looking for scientists specialising in a range of spaces, including biochemistry, medicinal chemistry and Crystallography.

As part of our life sciences team, you would leverage cutting-edge science to impact the lives of patients with devastating diseases. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with scientists of other disciplines, including structural biology, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, deep learning and engineering.

ML & Engineering

Our Machine Learning and Engineering team works hands on with our revolutionary technology, helping to explore and investigate revolutionary insights in 3D protein co-folding. We use Proprietary DragonFold technology, inspired by the breakthroughs of our co-founder and Wiley-Prize winner David Baker, providing the first rapid, accurate ligand co-folding algorithm.

Our Machine Learning Engineers build deep learning models for structure-based drug discovery.

The Research Engineering team turn experimentations into robust, production-grade code (and have an understanding of ML or Life Sciences). Our Platform Engineers build scalable infrastructure systems in the cloud that support the research.
