Matthew has over a decade of experience in building and retaining many hundreds of staff globally, in a multitude of different sectors.
Prior to joining CHARM, Matthew had worked with most of the top European and American Hedge Funds, as well as helping to shape recruitment pipelines for startups in Finance, FinTech, Cryptocurrency as well as Social Media, TechForGood and those focused on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
Now at CHARM, Matthew heads our Talent Acquisition team and enjoys finding those that are passionate about what they do, and that want to make a positive impact on society.
