Mahesh Kudari is a Senior Associate at SR One Capital Management.

He holds dual degrees from the University of Cambridge (MA, Medical & Natural Sciences, Starred 1st Class) and University College London (MBBS, Medicine, Distinction), and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine with specialist certification from the UK General Medical Council.

Prior to joining SR One in 2024, Mahesh served as VP Business Operations at Xap Therapeutics, where he led licensing, growth financing, and clinical strategy. He previously spent several years at Orchard Therapeutics, progressing to Head of Clinical Development and leading clinical program across neurometabolic and primary immunodeficiency therapeutic areas including ADA-SCID, MLD, and various MPS conditions.

Based in London, he combines deep clinical expertise in rare diseases with venture capital experience to identify transformative biotech opportunities.
